Unit activation fees are invoiced when units go live. For phased launches, each phase is invoiced separately. The per-unit rate is locked at contract signature for all phases.
Yes, the minimum Year 1 total is $12,000. Projects under 100 units are quoted case-by-case based on scope and requirements.
Yes. After Year 1, billing moves to quarterly ($5,000/quarter) and you can cancel at the end of any quarter with advance notice. No long-term lock-in.
4–8 weeks from contract to go-live, depending on project complexity and asset readiness. Simple projects can launch faster.
Not necessarily. We support models from 3ds Max, Blender, and Cinema 4D. If you have existing architectural visualization assets, we can often work with those.
You do. All lead data, analytics, and project content remains your property. We act as a data processor; you are the data controller.
